Smothered Hamburger Steak

I can tell you right now that these hamburger steaks that are buried in a delicious and savory brown gravy will become one of the best comfort foods you know of.
Made with lean ground beef, with the perfect balance of seasoning, these make me proud to serve to guests or just my family. It helps that they think it is something made by a restaurant and I just bought it and brought them home to serve.
I love to serve those with a baked potato and a dinner salad on the side. The gravy is perfect to top the potato with and then add a dollop of sour cream to. That kind of reminds me of eating stroganoff, which I love.

The flavor of the hamburger steak also reminds me of those store bought Salisbury steaks. However, no lie here, these taste better than anything you could compare them to.Your crew may be asking for more at dinner time when you set these out. They are filling, super tasty and seriously a perfect comfort food.
